At Sounds & Motion, we are dedicated to delivering quality products to our customers.  Its no secret that the car audio retail industry has been decimated by discount websites selling cheap car audio equipment.  How have we continued to thrive and grow in the midst of this trend?  By offering only quality products, excellent advice, and exellent service.  We have seen a staggering amount of customers come through our doors with product purchased online that ends up being defective, used, or improperly matched.  Even in these situations we will always do our best to help, but the end result is almost never as good as if the equipment had been selected properly.  In these situations the sweet taste of the low price they got online is quickly forgotten and replaced with the regret of not buying properly matched, quality equipment the first time.

Our best resource is our years of experience and knowledge, and its always free!  We differ from most shops in the fact that we believe in educating our customers so that they can make an informed decision - the wealth of information on this site being evidence of this.  Its always easier to simply tell the customer what they want to hear in order to make the sale, but that isn't going to provide our customers with the best long term results, and we are not willing to compromise when it comes to customer satisfaction.

DID YOU KNOW?
